Return and Exchange
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a return or exchange policy for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days to initiate a return or exchange. All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Please note that we reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these criteria.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized items) and custom group products (like certain customized group or organizational appreciation products), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
